It appears like currently ArcGIS Runtime is supported only for desktop enviorments but going further, it has more potential to work under ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Engine. This will allow to run ArcGIS Runtime for ArcGIS Server or ArcGIS Engine to support much needed native 64-bit support. What and how is ESRI planning going further with ArcGIS Runtime ?
