I'm using Arcgis APIarcgis for WPF. On application start, I'm loading few layers (adding them to map object) and would like to blur map унтил all layers loaded. The problem is, that I can't find the proper event, fired when the layer becomes visible on the map.
I've tried to use the Initialized event, but it's fired earlier, so my blur disappears but, layer is loaded in a few seconds.
