Combining multiple polylines into one single polyline without disconnections

Hi All,

It seems basic problem but not to me 🙂
How would you do it?

Also, SegmentIterator.nextSegment() throws ArrayIndexOutOfBound exception when SegmentIterator.hasNextSegment() returns true.

I'd like to know how to use SegmentIterator properly as well.
