Editing Line and Poly Object

Hi Forum,

Sorry I'm new in this Android programming,
My question is there any possibility, on android application for creating/edit object line and polyline, device is operated offline,
rather than by Create a Runtime Geodatabase as data source, refer to

let's say created object on storage device as JSON etc.
