Regd lower SDK version.

Hi,

The current available SDK version is 10.2.3. Is it possible to get a lower version of SDK (that is version 10.2). If possible, how shall i get it?

Yes. You can navigate to here:

https://developers.arcgis.com/en/downloads/

Then, chose the version you wish to download. 10.2 is still available.
