Map Surface not showing

mapstatus is loaded but the surface is not showing with a low of network connection

Any Solution please about this subject

the map need a lot of time and a good network connection to be loaded whith surface . I ask if there is a solution to load partially the map (tiles) even with a low internet connection

You may consider using offline map to load the base layers.

at first launch the map show properly but after invoke the map more time the font map will not show

The Font of the map is not shown, do you mean the labeling?  It may be scale-dependent. If you could provide some screenshots, it would be very helpful.

Do you mean the scale toolbar or label is not showing? It is still not very clear what is your problem.
