Get attribute table from transportation network

Hi everyone  

Now I have a mobile map package (mmpk) with a transportation network inside and i am using the mmpk to develop a mobile application using ArcGIS runtime sdk for android 100.2.1. 

I want to get the attribute table of the transportation network and have query on that (e.g. get the length of routes and time used etc.). 

Does anyone have ideas on how to do that?
