Custom complex symbol

Hello everyone,

I have a simple but complicate symbol need to be draw on map.
The symbol is similar as image below, but the text will be dynamically, it can be shorter or longer depend to the data. 
Do you have any idea with it?

@MinhPham92 I would recommend checking out the sample "Render Multilayer Symbols" which allows you to customize a graphic with a multilayer symbol.
