ANR (Android not responding) error with 10.2 or .geodatabase

I am getting a random ANR error with 10.2 or the new local .geodatabase. The app does not crash but the view hangs (no response). Has any body else had this problem? Nothing in the Logcat either. I am still investigating the problem using MAT.
