When one enables referent fields on an existing event layer how do you populate the offset fields for the existing records using Roads and Highways.
In the documentation for the enable referent fields tool it kind of sounds like you could run the tool twice to do so?
If referent fields are already enabled, then by default, the tool will populate the existing fields so that they can be modified.
