Enclosed is the document for Roads and Highways migration from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro 3.0. There are a few minor updates from the 2.9 version of the document and some additional context added to a few steps based on feedback.
We encourage Roads and Highways users to consider Pro 3.0, once Enterprise 11.0 releases next month, as there are a variety of new capabilities and tools including event editing within Pro.
