Need ability to prevent edits to event data from R&H Desktop. Often event data is in desktop session to ensure that centerline (and corresponding route edits) have desired impact on event data when 'apply updates' button is clicked. Also, be able to prevent direct editing of LRSN layer. Possible for a warning box to be displayed if edit is not to centerline or calibration point?
