How to access AGOL Community users through REST API ?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to run this Rest API to list details of an user:

http://[myOrganization].arcgis.com/sharing/rest/community/users/username/[myUserId]

And no result is displayed.

I am not using a portal.

I am using this link as a sample:

http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/arcgis-rest-api/#/User/02r3000000m2000000/

Any ideas of why it does not return any result.
