We have a custom Javascript webapp in a federated ArcGIS Enterprise developed that uses TraceDownstream Rest Service. When the TraceDownstream occurs, it prompts for an ArcGIS Online sign in. The Enterprise Credentials do not work for the sign in. Passing non-federated credentials does get the tool to run successfully. Is there any way to bypass the sign-in prompt using OAuth, API Keys, Proxy, or any other token method for authentication? Or else is it possible to get TraceDownstram to work with ArcGIS Enterprise? It seems like it would be possible if it were hosted on ArcGIS Online using ArcGIS Developers, but that is not supported with Enterprise.
