Until recently an application that I have been working on has been pulling Map tiles from World_Imagery (MapServer) through the REST API without issue. However in the last few months we have found that the same GET requests fail in any other location than the United States. When attempting to get the jpg tiles from a endpoint such as this: http://server.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/directories/arcgisoutput/World_Imagery_MapServer/<tileId> we get an HTTP 400 error. Is there some location based authentication that would cause this to be the case? Do we need to be paying for access to this API service?
