Hi I have moved one of my projects onto a new PC, how do i go about changing project paths for the images and anything else i need to change?

if you are getting the red ! marks, try
Repair project items | ArcGIS Pro documentation
but you can package them and move them using
Package Project (Data Management Tools) | ArcGIS Pro documentation
