We have a Quick Capture project set up for collecting oriented imagery. The project consists of a single button that opens the camera to collect the image. Field users have been able to submit multiple points to the associated feature layer that do not include a photo attachment. I double checked that the supportsEditsWithGlobalIds = true is enabled in the feature service.
I have not been able to replicate the behavior of records being submitted from QuickCapture without an image attached from the office, but over half of records submitted by the field crews so far have come without attachments. I've tested collecting data both online and offline, with the same results.
Does anyone know what causes this behavior or have a fix for it?
