I am trying to display the popups of existing data that has been downloaded for offline viewing in QuickCapture.

I see the following post - Does this mean that there are no popups for EXISTING data as well as any new data collected?

https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-quickcapture-questions/label-points-in-quick-capture-offline/m-...

Q: Does anyone know if there is a way to label points that are being mapped in an offline environment with field input (i.e., count field) or enable pop-ups so the user can see what attribute information was entered?

A: While QuickCapture popups do function offline, they currently do not display attribute information beyond the feature type. We will add your request to the enhancement we have open for supporting this functionality.

Q: Alternatively, is there a way to point two different apps (e.g., Field Maps and Quick Capture) to the same offline point features so that we can view the data in Field Maps?

A: Yes, QuickCapture and field maps can point to the same point feature layer. So you could create a webmap that uses the same layer as QuickCapture, and open it in Field Maps. To make things easier, in QuickCapture you can use use link buttons to automatically launch field maps and download/open that webmap.
