Not able to run the Geo processing script tool from a toolset within toolbox.

I am trying to run a geoprocessing script tool from ArcGIS pro .net code. The geoprocessing script tool is not accessible when it is placed in toolset within a toolbox (.tbx). However, it is accessible from the .net code when placed directly in the Toolbox.tbx.

Anyone facing this issue?
