How to Connect to OLE DB through ArcGIS Pro SDK .Net

Hi,
Currently we are using Enterprise Database and connecting to the same using the below code snippet which is working as excepted.

 
Now, We need to connect to an OLE DB Database in a similar manner by accessing the connection properties within a .ODC file.
So is there any class/method in ArcGIS Pro SDK that supports the above mentioned requirement ?

Unfortunately there is no support for creating a Database from an OLE DB connection.
