How to check enterprise database featureclass priviliges

Hi,

I would like to check if featureclass is editable (depending on logged user) without loading featurelayer to map. Where are located priviliges of featureclass displayed in featureclass properties window?

this is described in paragaph 'Use the Privileges dialog box'
