Hi, when a user that is Admin and Creator in Portal runs IDisplayTable.CanEditData() for a layer (Validation Line Errors layer) with a single Query capability the result of the function is true. User without admin role gets false function result.
The content pane in Pro will not show "Layer type is not editable" warning either when user is admin. I would think if layer does not have other than Query capability should not be editable for any user. Trying editing data in this layer results in error.
Is that a bug or is it expected?
