ArcGIS Pro SDK & .NET Core?

Are there any plans to have ArcGIS Pro SDK support .NET Core? We are currently exploring several Azure application architectures (for instance Microservices) and wondering how the data management capabilities of ArcGIS Pro SDK can be used to their best advantage within such an architecture. As I understand, support for .NET Core would extend the possibilities of developing custom ArcGIS Pro applications in Azure. To add some context: it's all about migrating a data production system, centered around a enterprise geodatabase, to the cloud.

Hi

We are investigating the level of effort involved and currently anticipate moving Pro over to the new .NET 6.0 after .NET 6 has been released. This will be a breaking change and require a Pro 3.0.

Thanks

Any news on that topic yet?

.NET 6 is available and .NET 7 Preview 1 was announced a week ago.
