Add custom Options to ArcGIS Pro

When writing an add-in for ArcGIS Pro, is it possible to add sections to the Project → Options window?

I would like to store settings for my add-in, and it would be nice to integrate those in the existing window, rather than having an extra 'settings' button on the ribbon, to open a custom window.
