Use two hyperlinks for Generic types in API Reference Doc

When I click on "Element" on this page ...

It takes me to Microsoft's page for Readonlyobservablecollection .

I would expect it to take me to Esri's Element page.

For generic types there should be two links, one for the outer class (e.g. readonlyobservablecollection) and one for the T type (e.g. Element).
