Hi,

I am using ArcPro to do some trail mapping for a local land trust. I would like to create a "You Are Here" marker to place at trail junctions on their maps. What would be a good way to create a symbol I can use across several maps?

It can be done with labels

Personally, I would create a new marker symbol in the Favorites *.stylx file.  Search for a *.png, *.jpg, *.bmp, or *.gif of a "you are here" image and follow the steps in the ArcGIS Pro Help to create the new symbol.

just create a *.png in an image editor then... like SnagIt of similar.
