Thanks in advance to any who respond.

In short I have a third party application that will look for a 'Hyperlink' text field in a point feature and then take whatever is inside it and treat it as a URL. URL'S work fine but File Paths seem to break.

Tested it by going to File Explorer and pulling the file path for the folder in question, something like. X:\CADdesigns\Documents.

It worked fine.

Took the same table data with the Hyperlink field, exported it, then try to join it and copy the Hyperlink info BACK into a Hyperlink field. Wont work, the app says the hyperlink is broken.

Even though the file path looks identical to the one I got from File Explorer. I even tried to Copy and Paste directly from one table into the necessary table.

Still won't work, even though the copied text is identical to the text drawn from File Explorer.

As far as I can tell there are no hidden characters, no spaces, I did a .strip command on the field just in case.

This is Windows 10 Pro for Workstations if that matters.

Anyone have any idea?
