Which layout is using a particular map?

In projects that have many maps, and many layouts that may have more than one map frame (e.g. main and inset), is there an easier way to find which layout is referencing a particular map without having to open and check every single layout? Or is this something I should post in the suggestions section?

Not sure if this is possible for you or not, but maybe spread your work across multiple aprx files instead of using 1 aprx. This is just a suggestion as it might not meet your business needs.

Thanks for the suggestion, I've just moved to using map series to reduce the number of maps and layouts in the aprx. My question came from trying to delete a map I thought wasn't being used but Pro telling me it was. I found it after looking through the remaining few layouts.
