When editing in ArcGIS Pro, when moving polygons, the shape appears offset when I click Move

I am having trouble editing suddenly.  I am trying to move a polygon from one spot to another.  When I select the polygon and click the Move edit tool, the polygon appears offset from the original location.  When I move where I want and click save, it then is offset from where I wanted it to be located.  Hopefully the pictures below help explain what I mean.  I tried restarting ArcGIS Pro and also my computer.  Still doing it.

I know this is old, but I found it while googling my issue and want to provide a resolution.

I had the same issue in 3.6.0. I was drawing and moving small polygons (4ft by 8ft). As soon as a polygon is selected, the blue outline got offset by 3 feet, while the shaded polygon itself and the dotted black outline were in the original spot. If I click "finish," the polygon teleports to the different spot, even though I did not move it. If I did move the polygon, the offset outline still appeared in a different spot, so I had to guess and adjust to get the polygon in the right spot. This was VERY frustrating and the software didn't offer any obvious solutions.

Disabling the Vertical Coordinate system (setting it to none) corrected this issue. I would check that your vertical coordinate systems match first, and disable it if necessary.
