A client and I have both tried to view this Living Atlas raster and this one in both ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro. We can both view these layers in ArcGIS Online, and I can view them in ArcGIS Pro, but he cannot view them in ArcGIS Pro. That is, he is able to ADD the layer to maps, but no data is visible.

He cannot view the data in Pro in all the following situations:

  • Opened directly from Living Atlas into a new Pro map
  • Added from Living Atlas into an existing Pro map.
  • Saved to a map on ArcGIS Online and opened via the Portal in Pro.
  • Ran an analysis on the layer once added to the Pro map, despite not being able to see any content, to see if it was only a visual issue. The output was blank.

Additionally, I am unable to export the layer to share it with him. I could run the analysis for him, but the goal is for the client to be able to run these analyses themselves into the future.

Any ideas why this might be happening?

Thanks.

I am able to see both layers in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.2 application.  The way I added them was in an active map view, I clicked the Add Data dropdown and selected From Path...  Then I copied and pasted the URL for the 2 links you provided in your question and both layers added just fine.  I did have to change the color schemes to an appropriate/preferred color scheme.  Do you know what release of ArcGIS Pro your client is using?
