Hello Community,
I got some data to analyse and I am only interessted in the used area of different properties. Unfortunately there are more than one feature overlapping, which makes it impossible to figure that out. Which tool aggregates overlapping layers so I can see the "real" area used per property (without double uses)? If Properties that are next to each other are joined that is no problem, if there is space inbetween them then they should be shown as two different Features.
I have two pictures attached to make it a little bit better understandable.
Thank you for you help!

If you don't want to create a new feature (changes in input layer), then
1. Select All features
2. From Edit tools > Modify Features, use Merge. Save edits
3. Use Explode from Edit Tools > Modify Features.
If you want the changes to be created as a new output,
1. Use Dissolve Geoprocessing Tool
2. To the output of the above tool, run Multipart to Singlepart
