Haven't seen it though. I think it happened due to a change on your system regional settings.

The issue occurs when you change the name, move or delete the file geodatabase after you have connected to it in ArcGIS Pro.  Idea for Esri: It would be better to have some form of 'not found' indicator rather than changing the date
