Is WFS-T supported in ArcGIS Pro ?

Can I create/update/delete features from a WFS ?

Not yet - Use WFS services layers—Services | ArcGIS Desktop

Apparently this is still the case now more than a year later: Use WFS services layers—Services | ArcGIS Desktop 

At the bottom:

"There are some known limitations for the WFS client in ArcGIS Pro:

• WFS with transactions is not yet supported. The layer behaves as a read-only data source."
