A lot of responses I've seen related to this tend to not be direct or talk about how it can be done under ArcMap. I am asking about creating a geodatabase in SQL Express Server with ArcPro, I do not mean does it support connecting to a SQL Express Server. If this can be done under ArcPro what licensing or extensions needs to be had, and what if any downloads need to be used to enable the geodatabase functionality under SQL Express with ArcPro?
