Upgrade dataset

I'm moving my mxd to pro.  Like said before, since Pro doesn't support mxd annotation, we need to upgrade them.

Normaly it's working but now, I'm trying to do so in one of my projects.  I received an error message " ...does not exist or is not supported "  All my annotations are draw correctly in Pro after importation.  So for me the message is awkward since all is there.

I need to make change in these annotations. What wrong now ? Pro 3.5.1

ESRI, ESRI, Since the error message doesn't tell anything, I finally remembered that this was and old project.  So, I go back to check the database and see it was a 9.3 version.  Upgrade them and now, I can upgrade my annotation.

Please, be more informative in your error messages.
