Upgrade Dataset error

In the interest of trying to not open up any TS cases unless related to critical ops, as I'm sure ESRI employees would prefer to stay at home, I offer this possible very minor bug? 

Pro 2.5, when attempting to "Upgrade" a SQL 2014 Annotation Feature Class, where the schema is DBO and the authentication is Windows Only, AND the feature class is registered as versioned, and it's in a feature dataset, get the following error. The error is expected behavior, but, the "%" symbol is not. What I expect in the error message is the name of the dataset. Minor issue.
