Update spatial extent of OS NGD layers in ArcGIS Pro

I'm using ArcGIS Pro 3.5. I've added in quite a few OGC Feature Layers from OS NGD, following the instructions here. This works well - I've been able to add the layers I need. However, as I pan and zoom the map, the layers are not automatically updated to match the new screen extent. I understand that this is a function of the behaviour of OGC Feature Layers in ArcGIS Pro. I am able to manually update the extent by going to Layer Properties > OGC Features, keeping Spatial extent ticked and then selecting Get extent from: Current visible extent. However, I'm looking for a way to do this automatically for all OGC Feature Layers in the currently active map. I've investigated using Python for this to update the API call, but I haven't been able to make this work. Does anybody have experience of doing this? Can it be done using Python? - or does anybody have an Add-In that can be used?
