I've seen plenty of posts asking about adding links to attribute tables, but none about removing unwanted links, so apologies if I missed some resource out there.
Our municipality's local legislation is written so a slash (/) begins the legislation name, but this appears to result in Arc Pro recognizing the text within the cell as a link to a filepath. The filepath points to a file location on my C: drive, and if the filepath is visible to end users there could be security concerns. I've tried deleting the text and manually reentering it, but the filepath link returns once the slash is added to the beginning. It's a 255 character length text field.
Is there a way to prevent this field from allowing filepath links while preserving the ability of other fields within the same table to allow weblinks? I'm using Pro 3.3.1. Thanks for sharing any ideas you may have!

I suspect you will have to experiment if you can put the text with the image from the Project Options, Security section
