I think I've found a bug - if you install the windows desktop framework, and then arcgis pro, then all is good.
If you uninstall ArcGIS pro and try to re-install, it fails to sense the already installed Desktop framework.
Reinstallation of the desktop framework, to either older or newer versions (but still within spec for ArcGIS) makes no different.
This is for ArgGIS 3.10 and desktop framework 6.0.5 or above.
has anyone else seem this? I was testing for packaging in SCCM, and new installs seem fine, but reinstalling has this bug,
