Unable to Edit/insert the Feature class data (non versioned, Archive enabled)

Hi All,

I couldn't able to edit one of the feature class data resides in feature data set (which is non versioned and archive enabled).

While updating the data getting the attached below error message.

While inserting the data getting the below attached error message. Even though object should generate automatically but t is showing the below error 

Could anyone help me o this please.
