Unable to connect portal with ArcGIS pro

We have ArcGIS pro v2.9 and when we are trying to connect this with portal (https:exmaple.domain.com/portal) it is throwing "connection error" message. Earlier we were using ArcGIS pro 2.7 and it was working fine. 

Two weeks back we have updated ArcGIS pro from v2.7 to v2.9.

A support ticket opened with ESRI and they suggested there might be infrastructural issue, for this we worked with Microsoft and they confirmed that there is no issue in our infrastructure. Microsoft analyzed through data capture and also they did network trace and could not find any issue. Microsoft recommend to work with application vendor. 

Can anyone in group provide any idea as how to resolved this issue

The day when this issue was started we had windows security patch, but this was also rolled back but no luck issue still exist. 

Interesting thing is that ArcGIS pro is able to connect with one of our test portal (https:test.domain.com/portal). 

 

In both the environment settings are same but no idea why this thing is happening.
