When editing in ArcGIS Pro 2.92 (and Map 10.x) when I go to scale an object and want to do it by factor you're supposed to type F. This only brings up the enter scale factor window for me about 10% of the time. To make it work I have to switch tabs and try again, over and over and over and over.... I do have I have only one object selected when I try. Data being editing is usually a shapefile. Does anyone else see this behavior? Any idea what could be causing it?
