I am experiencing challenges with data synchronization in ArcGIS Pro, specifically when updating and syncing feature layers between a local geodatabase and an ArcGIS Online or Enterprise portal. The issue arises when attempting to edit and push updates from ArcGIS Pro to a hosted feature service, where changes are either not reflected or result in error messages.
Technical Details:
- Software & Version: ArcGIS Pro (latest update)
- Data Source: File Geodatabase (FGDB) and Hosted Feature Services
- Sync Setup: Offline editing enabled with feature layers published to ArcGIS Online/Enterprise
- Problem: After making edits and attempting to sync, I encounter errors such as:
- “Sync failed: Unable to apply edits”
- “Feature service does not support sync”
- “Versioning conflicts detected”
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
- Verified that the feature service has sync enabled in ArcGIS Online/Enterprise.
- Checked permissions and ownership of the feature service.
- Ensured that attachments and relationship classes are correctly configured.
- Reviewed the ArcGIS Server logs for detailed error messages.
- Tried syncing using both direct editing and offline mode.
- Attempted republishing the feature layer with different settings.
Seeking Help:
- How can I resolve sync conflicts when working with multiple editors?
- Are there best practices for optimizing feature services for seamless synchronization?
- What are common server-side configurations that could impact sync performance?
I am using Netgear router and have dne some setting by entering tro the routerloginnet page
Any guidance or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
