Time enable formats: Only month and day, not year

Hi all,

I'm wondering if it is possible to set up a time-enabled layer, where the the only thing that matters is the month and day combination. That is, it is the same every year.

Start day: March 1

End day: August 15

Can I set up a time-enabled layer like this?
