I download ArcGIS pro 2.7 online, but the sign in page does not come in. It pop up a white blank page and freeze. Would you help to solve my problem.

It seems a few people are experiencing this or similar login issues when using named user accounts. If you can check with the product team whether there was a change to the login window code that would be useful.
