The ArcGIS Pro fails to start as it has been configured to use in offline on some other device,
I got the message below. How it can be fixed. Do I need to get back to the machine at which the ArcGIS Pro has been configured to use in offline mode on some other device

Yes you need to check it back in on the device it was checked out of. We had a computer broke and the only way to get the license back was through Esri Customer Service.
This issue appears not to be managed by the admin logins

I went back to the machine at which I checked the offline option and unchecked it, and signed out. After that I could start it from other machines.
Is there a way to fix this issue via ArcGIS Online without visiting the machine at which the offline mode is set?
