Symbology by Unique values failing in ArcGIS PRO 2.8 from Enterprise GDB with domains

Hi

Is anyone having problems trying to use Unique values in the Symbology within ArcGIS PRO 2.8. I am trying to use this, but when I choose some fields, the symbols are created in the Symbology table and you can see them in the Table of Content, but the current features within the map do not show the colors. It seems is picking few categories where displayed the colors, but all the other categories are shown with the colors of "<all other values>".

Can you share a screenshot of this happening? How many unique values / combinations are in the field(s) you're trying to symbolize?
