I am creating a dataset that will allow me to accurately create a buffer around parcels. I merged parcels by "owner" attribute. The resulting table still contains each parcel and the owner of each parcel. As an example, I have 10 parcels with one owner that is shown in the table with a row for each parcel. I want to combine the data for the parcels owned by the same individual in to a single record within the table. Instead to 10 parcels owned by Joe Smith showing up in 10 separate rows, 1 row for Joe Smith.
