Starting with Arcmap10.8.2

I just start to open ArcMap 10.8.2. and it says "License: Connexion impossible à ArcGis License Manager s'exécutant sur l'hôte "Not_Set". What shoud I do! Thank you

It sounds like your License Manager is not found or not running.  You can learn more about how to resolve this error here.

Thank you so much! I've fixed the problem. One thing, should I download all "composants de produits", "données et contenu", "fichiers de prise en charge des bases de données", outils de développement",modules linguistiques" and install them with the ArcMap too? Thank you
