As a developer, I want to quickly start ArcGIS Pro from Visual Studio without a Project. Currently I click "Start without a template", but I want to skip this step (I click it quite often...). Is there a command line parameter to tell Pro, that it should start without a template?

There is an option in the General Settings tab to start ArcGIS Pro without a project template by default. See: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/get-started/general-options.htm

I think this should work no matter how you're starting ArcPro, but I haven't used Visual Studio so I apologize if this is not helpful for your situation.
